All our courses are of starter size to allow you to indulge in as many courses as you dare.

3, 4 or 5 courses, all served with our handmade chocolates, homemade bread, and your choice of fresh-ground coffee, Ninth Wave Special Blend Tea or picked-to order herbal teas.

Our menu changes daily to allow us to serve only the freshest local ingredients. Carla combines the spirited influences of her native West Coast Canada and the very best of Scottish ingredients to create boldly flavoured dishes with passion and flair. Showcased are: Wild Mull Venison, Mull Highland Beef, Knockvologan Rack of Lamb, and award winning Mull cheeses, just to name a few. Almost all of our menu ingredients are made on the croft, from black elderflower sorbet to fresh baked bread, beetroot chutneys to bramble marmalade, meadowsweet cordial to decadent Valrhona truffles. The Ninth Wave currently offers Dinner only.
